Grape variety: 70% Grenache 30% Cinsault.
Vinification: The bleeding method is used with low temperature fermentation.
Tasting: A deep robe for a very fruity nose filled with raspberry aromas. In the mouth, the fruit persists giving the wine a round feel.
Serving suggestions: Perfect with all summer dishes. It is also excellent as an appetizer and with grilled meat.
Aging: Ideally, best drunk within the year. Do not let it get dusty in the cellar beyond two years.
