Vinification: Produced through bleeding after a three-hour soaking. Low temperature fermentation to keep the freshness and fruitiness of the grapes.
Tasting: Deep colour. A fruity nose with overtones of raspberry and redcurrant. Round, fruity and elegant wine with a lengthy finish.
Serving suggestions: Serve chilled around 12°C. Perfect with summer dishes: salads, grilled meats…
Aging: Best drunk within the year. Do not let it get dusty in the cellar beyond two years.
