Grape Variety: Chardonnay.Â
                                               Vinification: A cold maceration with skin contact is carried out before the grapes are pressed. The free run wine is decanted cold before low temperature fermentation.
Tasting note: A nose of pear and exotic fruit. In the mouth, it feels very fine, delicate and has a lasting finish.
Serving suggestions: This wine is very pleasant as an appetizer with black olives from Nyons. It is also excellent with grilled fish or a platter of seashells.
Aging: To be drunk young, within eighteen months.
