The Jas des Rouves Domain is situated in the Drome Provençale. The vines grow in a stony earth and so, to air the soil, the winegrower applies the technique of subsoiling on every other row of vines and alternating from one year to the next. He is convinced that working with respect for his land is the assurance of a quality terroir.

Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan make up this cuvee. A wine with a lovely, frank and purple-red colour. A fruity and intense nose with aromas of plum, cherry, and blackberry. On the palate there is a perfect balance between acidity and alcohol. It offers a warm, powerful, and rich structure on the finish.
